Absolutely the worst customer service. I ordered to pick up. I asked for my food and I never got a hello or anything. Once I was thanking, the employee who was an Asian chubby girl with fake eyelashes didn’t even look at me and proceeded to talk over to someone else. When I received my food, it was just a huge mess. I order online often and add the tip afterwards based on how I’m treated and how is my food. I spent over $40. I would never come back and will make sure my friends either.

Soy sauce seems to be self-serve... It was sad to eat it without soy sauce because it was not included separately.It is located in the food court where many restaurants are gathered, and the line was long during lunch time. Let's make a pick-up order in advance.I ordered the Selmon Lover Bento and it had a lot of salmon in it. If you don't really love salmon, you might get tired of eating it.

Got the gydon and it tasted like someone scraped a filthy grill and served it to me. It looked fine but the taste was overwhelmingly just burnt. Couldn't finish it.

Wow I was pleasantly surprised here. I didn’t expect much to be honest, but their sushi is actually quite delicious! Service was friendly and fast. Portion is nice too. The Karan bento comes with a variety of food and it was very satisfying.

Extremely high quality sushi for something that makes itself seem like a simple little lunch stand. The prices are basically the same as if you were to go to the grocery store and pick up their sushi, but it's actually fresh. Great little place, they know what they're doing, and they make more than just your average Maki.

I had the Las Vegas roll and it was delicious! It was the freshest sushi I’ve had in a long time. I would eat sushi every day if I could get it this fresh where I live in Houston Texas. I will be back the next time I’m in town!

Visited last night with the girl, thankfully we had a gift card. Expect to pay upwards of 20$ each for a mediocre amount of food. Don't get me wrong the taste was exceptional. Fresh rice paired with quality simplistic cuts of fish create warm, melt in your mouth hand rolls. I will visit again at some point since it's so close by to our apartment. Designed to be a in and out sushi bar, don't expect to stay long and that's what the place is aiming for. I would agree with the statement that they purposefully made the barstools uncomfortable in order to keep you moving ...or rolling ;)

This place used to be really good, and I have gone here many times. After today though, I'm afraid I won't be back. I ordered the salmon lovers bento box an eel roll and a salmon roll.All the avacado in the bento box rolls was a black mushy texture and the salmon in the box was room temperature. Not sure if it was mold on the avacado or not, but I ate one before noticing. I certainly didn't eat anything else out of the box. I took some pictures and tossed it.The eel roll seemed ok, but again the avacado was a very dark mushy color in the salmon roll so I didn't eat that either.I am very dissappointed in the quality of the food. I don't eat there often due to the expense, and I certainly got no where near the quality of food that I paid for.You lost a somewhat regular customer today. I hope that this review helps you correct what went wrong.
