Sushi Samurai is somewhere that continually blows me away and keeps me coming back for more. Their crispy tofu katsu (RIP), their use of fresh ingredients, and the unique flavors that each roll brings are all reasons to patronize this restaurant. The whole menu is vegan and we have not had a bad meal here yet.

It was so delicious every single bite was to be in heaven... and the dessert uffff from another planet! I almost couldn't belive it was all vegan! I will definitely come back š
The sushi rolls here are pretty great and creative which I appreciate. We tried to get a variety of rolls, but I will says that all the flavors started to blend together a bit and nothing really stood out as spectacular or particularly unique.
I still like it though and they go way above and beyond a typical veggie sushi that Iām used to.
