Food is poor quality. The menu lists side of fruit as $1 extra with kids meal. Ordered and never came, then when I asked I was told it didn’t apply to kids pasta so fruit is additional $9. There isn’t really service here. Food comes on paper plates and you pick up from counter and throw away yourself. Lowest tip option was 18% unless you wanna go menu diving through to custom. Nice koi pond and conservatory feel, but overall not a great experience.
Overall very disappointing. They are relying on their captive audience, location (inside the nursery), and nice atmosphere…
It really has a nice indoor green house, kid-friendly feel. And great staff.
But the food and coffee is very much “meh”. When paying these prices for “meh” it’s very disappointing. Speaking of prices, it was over $70 for two people: two entrees, two 16 oz lattes, one pastry item.

I tried to order a BLT sandwich on sourdough bread, as I have done in the past, and was told that this could not be done because they had no way of pricing the sandwich. Really! Most of their sandwiches are priced at $18. I would be willing to pay this amount for my BLT sandwich, but the staff behind the counter did not give me this option. Swanson's should be more flexible in meeting customer requests.
