Sweetgreen Reviews
I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.
I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

Sweetgreen offers a variety of hearty and nutritious salads made with fresh ingredients and flavorful sauces. The staff takes allergies seriously and goes above and beyond to accommodate customers, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Many customers appreciate the helpful and kind staff, noting that employees like Jordan and Izzy provide excellent service. The menu features options like the Caramelized Steak and the Autumn Harvest Bowl, which is a favorite among customers for its fresh and wholesome mix of brussel sprouts, sweet apples, and tangy goat cheese. While the food is enjoyable and the vibe is joyful, some find the prices a bit high, with bowls costing around $20. Customers also mention that the portions and ingredient distribution could be better for the price. Despite these minor concerns, regular visitors find value in the SweetPass for discounts and enjoy returning to this location. Overall, Sweetgreen remains a favorite for those seeking healthy, fresh meals in a relaxed environment.
