Got there lobby was closing so couldn't dine in and their lemonade was all water. Taco salad wasn't a taco salad but a bunch of lettuce and 6 chips

I tried it for the first time today after 2 years in the PNW. The chicken is way better than the beef. Pinto beans are good too. Also I liked the fish taco. Just don’t get the beef. The beef is greasy, very finely ground/mashed and way too salty. I also like how convenient the drive thru is

When asked whether I want hot sauce, and I answer "yes" how hard is it to actually toss a couple in the bag?
Pawing through the bag at the window to check their work seems mean, but honestly is it that complex?

Congratulations Taco Time! I consider myself a food snob! Ordered a fit hit bowl with chicken. In terms of quality, quantity, taste, and service, you're truly way ahead of Chipotle, although, your rice needs a lot more improvements. Of course because I care about my health, I do not go to Taco Bell. But in comparison with Chipotle, you've become a much better choice!

With the Queen Anne Taco Bell prices so hi you might as well go a few blocks NE, and get much better food & service.

Vegetarian options: Beans, rice, lettuce, tomatoes etc

Parking: There’s always enough parking

Kid-friendliness: I didn’t see any addicts shooting up on the sidewalk. That’s good in Seattle.

Wheelchair accessibility: Don’t remember if doors have auto open but there’s no steps

Many restaurants removed seating post-COVID but all the booths remain here and, at least whenever we've eaten here, are mostly empty. But that doesn't mean the food is bad, it's quite good, and their drive-through is always busy.

It is a solid 3 for a fast food restaurant. Hits the spot when you don’t feel like getting out of the car.

I eat here for lunch almost everyday since I started to work in Seattle, The food is good and works well for my office location.

I do have an issue with some of the staff mainly one of the cashers. They don't seem to know what they are doing, they don't listen to the orders and mess up on things. I have had to repeat my order many times for them, and while waiting in line or sitting down already after my order I have noticed the frustration of other customers.

Other cashers in the past and later shift ones are awesome and make up for the lack of customer service this one person does.

Food is good, and i like the portions. Tater fries are yummy each time :)

I feel the staff overall is good for a fast food location. I do recommend though, if your lines inside get longer, bring someone else upfront to take orders. I've seen many people waiting and then walking out because the one casher is taking a very long time.

Parking: Plenty of parking for customers, hard to get out of sometimes due to traffic, but thats seattle for you.

Kid-friendliness: I see kids here sometimes during my lunch, they seem to enjoy the food.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level location, has handicap parking, and wheelchair ramp sidewalk.
