Some of my favorite birria in town! When you order, they give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. I love the birria consomme, it has a hint of something like nutmeg and onions on the bottom. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or after a day of chores and errands.
Great location. Enough parking spaces away from the Gas Station.

This is honestly one of my favorite places in all of Seattle. AMAZING food, the staff is always super-friendly. And yeah - great food. Would honestly give this place way more than 5 stars if possible.
