Tacos Chukis have been my favorite tacos since I moved to Seattle in 2017. They're affordable and delicious. Non pretentious. Spent 12$ on two asada mulitas and horchata - perfect.
I recently tried Tacos Chukis and can confidently say their signature street tacos with adobada pork and grilled pineapple were outstanding. The combination of flavors was perfectly balanced, and the tacos were fresh and flavorful.
