Small space with beautiful artwork. The staff is friendly and handle orders really fast. The food is top tier and this place should be talked about way more. The pollo torta was hands down the best torta I have had in Seattle.
The owner of this business chain does not provide a method for you to tip the employees here with electronic/online payments - they should allow these phenomenal workers to receive tips. There is a cash tip jar present, so I'm assuming they are not compensated in lieu of tips, but the majority of customers pay electronically or online, and there is no option to tip through either of those methods.

Tacos Chukis have been my favorite tacos since I moved to Seattle in 2017. They're affordable and delicious. Non pretentious. Spent 12$ on two asada mulitas and horchata - perfect.
