I was really excited to try Taco Chukis, but unfortunately, the meat in both tacos I tried was slightly overcooked and very dry, which affected the flavor and texture. The portions were also quite small.
The adobada is out of this world, one of the best tacos I've had in Seattle. The asada was a bit tough. The food is all relatively cheap and of good quality.
The restaurant is located inside of a larger complex on the second floor. It was really busy when we went so it was difficult to find seating.
Definitely worth a visit, and highly recommend the adobada!
