Open later and variety of items. Great spot for a late dinner. I've had larger portions from a Mexican place for $10, but the taste made up for it, so I would come back. If I got this level of quality and quantity from a European food spot though, it would definitely be 5 stars.
Nopales with pork and beef were good, I haven't eaten cactus from a sitdown often. Adobada tacos came with pineapple which is also rarer. Horchata was tasty and not just sweet....

Affordable, cozy, friendly, inviting and authentic.
It took me back to memories of big parties in the backyard, with quality meats, and the salsa your tia makes that everyone looks forward to.
The environment is cozy, with great city views. Staff are polite and personable despite how busy they were.
Nice place to sit and have a bite before heading home or to hang out.
