Liked their stand before, but think the new brick and mortar store isn't providing the same level. It's less flavorful than I remember, and the meat didn't have any browning or charred flavor to it at all. It could be that they're still adjusting the recipe or getting their footing with making mass orders, but I hope they improve in the future, since I would love to support them more.
Iām from Sinaloa and can assure you tacos cometa are 100% authentic. I was so excited to see vampiros on the menu and the charcoal grilled meat always hits š you have to try their perfectly made cebada and jamaica as well! Love to have a spot to come to when im feeling homesick
The absolute best tacos in Seattle, vampiros are out of control delicious. Was always more than worth standing in the rain for when they had a food truck, so excited that they now have a brick and mortar!
