Taneda is an incredible dining experience. You feel so relaxed and can truly enjoy the incredible courses chef and his team put together. The half-boiled ikura is one of my favorite bites ever.

I tried to get a reservation for my friend’s birthday in August, but it looked like there were some issues with Tock, the reservation system they use. That said, I truly think Taneda did their best to handle the situation as quickly and gracefully as possible. Sometimes life happens, tech issues are out of anyone’s control.

Although I wasn’t able to get a spot at the 11 AM and 11:45 AM open reservation time, I’m happy my friend was able to grab one after...

It is a must go place for people who love omakase and japanese cuisine. The chef uses authentic japanese ingredients and minimal cooking process but he brings to us all sophisticated and stunning dishes. It is definitely worth the price you pay.
