We have been to Thai restaurants all over Seattle, and this is one is our favorite! Food is amazing, service is wonderful, and the restaurant is very clean and cozy. Everything is flavorful without being drowned in oil, and with just the right amount of spice. Several in my family are celiac, and the servers do a great job identifying which entrees are naturally gluten-free and which ones can be made gluten-free upon request.

The food here is just superb! I have yet to order something I didn’t like. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Positive experiences both dining in and ordering takeout. Prices are great for what you get, average around $14-15 per entree and the portions are generous! Highly recommended 👍🏼

They really are putting together great Thai dishes at Tangerine. I had Pad Khing and it was top notch. 3-star spicy was achieved with real fresh peppers and was ideal spiciness.
And then! We got this special dessert on the board which was fried plantains and ice cream. One of the best desserts I’ve ever had. The flavors were perfect. I’d go and just get this dessert!
Going to add Tangerine Thai to the regular neighbor rotation.

Bummed this isn’t good. We live in the neighborhood and had heard it was good but we’re very disappointed. The Tom Sum completely lack spice in spite of requesting 3 stars. The pad key maw was dry and also not spicy and the Massiman curry was very sparse in potatoes and meat. It was mostly curry and also underspiced (had requested 3 out of 4 stars). I really hope they can take feedback and improve their food.

Absolute perfection! Definitely my favorite and best food I eat :)
We stopped in for take out on our way home and were really impressed with the friendly staff and warm inviting atmosphere. Our food was made quick and at a very reasonable price. I really liked the Pad see ew and the mango sticky rice. We will be back for sure.

We would give Tangerine Thai more than 5 stars if we could! This was the best Thai food I’ve ever had anywhere (even though visually it doesn’t look much different), the prices are good, the service is friendly, and the ambiance is cute/cozy
