Cool little dive bar. Too bad it's closing down because a developer wants to tear it down and build some apartments. But, all the breaders need places to live.
You won't find a better karaoke bar. I will miss this place when it's gone

Notable for its community spirit, the lounge even extends help to stranded visitors like a couple whose phones died. Sandwiches from Un Bien can be enjoyed inside while savoring the bar's ambiance. The karaoke nights are lively and fun, with a great crowd and talented singers. The bartenders are friendly and welcoming, making visitors feel at home. Despite its popularity, the bar is closing in January 2026, which many regret, as it’s one of the best karaoke spots in Seattle. Visitors often mention the strong drinks and the warm, friendly atmosphere that makes it a favorite local hangout.
