There are no words to describe this place. The drinks were next level. I had whisky sour and my wife had spring 75. The food was delicious. The pastrami sandwich is highly recommended as is the blackened halibut with kale caesar.

Immediately greeted and offered suggestions as to what was highly recommended for the evening (which is my favorite). Went with the butter lettuce salad, goat cheese, cashews, etc. and added the halibut. This restaurant hits all the perfect scores as it offers healthy food options, with a fun atmosphere, and wine! Perfection!

I have been here a few times (for dinner and for lunch) and I just have to say I love it here. Every dish I’ve had has been so yummy. This place doesn’t get enough love for how yummy their food is in my own opinion. I read the reviews below regarding anything less than five stars and all I have to say is this; if you want super fast service, go get fast food. What happened to people sitting and enjoying a meal with a quant atmosphere? Is the service the most personable? No, but who cares? Everyone is perfectly nice. Are the sandwiches messy sometimes? Yes but they’re so tasty so also… who cares. But yes! The sandwiches can be saucy, so if that’s not your style, don’t order it! Anyways I think the food is always yummy and has yet to fail me. Even the smoothies are *chefs kiss*

Excellent excellent. arugula salad (with some kind of delicious pickled things and fruit in it,) add tuna, plus the cauliflower ap (recommend!) and some kind of custom kale mango smoothie that my friend ordered for us. Healthy, clean, complex flavors. The food has care within it. vibes were warm and welcoming. Yes yes.

we've been going to this place for over 7 years. the food and drinks are consistently great! my favorite bacon/egg sandwich of all times, and their salmon or halibut sandwiches are amazing too. they never disappoint. highly recommend.

Had the Cuban Tofu Panini, and found out it isn't. The bread (NOT panini or it may have lasted longer) disintigrated from the fluids in the coleslaw and the tofu. The only thing Cuban was the name. Recommend stir frying the tofu to firm it up before adding to the sandwich and draining the coleslaw better/protecting the bread, which should in face be panini. Also jalapeños and black beans (on the side) might better qualify the name. Nice cafe otherwise.

Legitimately one of the best sandwiches I have had in a long time. The service was so kind and friendly. The atmosphere was great. Their prices were reasonable, and honestly, for the quality of the food they could add a $1-$2 to the price and it still be reasonable.
I had the blackened halibut sandwich and lavender lemonade, and it was excellent. The sandwich came with Tim’s chips and was huge. I spent $33.10 on the whole meal. I could not recommend this place more. Definitely stop in and give them a try.

Ordered Taproot Catering for a party at our house and we were beyond impressed! Pricing was competitive, and the final dishes were delicious, great portion sizes, and packaged well which made transporting from restaurant to home so easy. The staff helped my husband load everything into his car, and they even gave us a little extra slider to accomodate the one vegan guest I have.
Several of our guests commented on how good the food was and asked where we ordered from.
We can't wait for an excuse to order their catering again!
