The food is really good and inexpensive similar to fast food restaurant. The service is also good especially the night employees are all nice.

I've been going to Taqueria El Asadero for over 12 years. During that time, I've tried several other taco trucks, and recently, there's been a few opening up on Rainier Avenue, which I did try. While these have good food, they don't come close to El Asadero's delicious food. They don't even compare. I've tried many of their dishes over the years which all have been so good with great quality. The birria burrito, though, is my all time favorite. The only criticism I had in the past was the amount of fat in the birria (which never stopped me from ordering it). Though, in the last year or two, I've noticed that has changed. I'm rarely picking fat out of the meat. So, if you are looking for a Taco truck with the most delicious food and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend you go to El Asadero. You won't regret it.

The food is bomb but the service is terrible! So many times that I’ve gone here and ordered big orders and they always without fail get something wrong in the order, or straight up miss items I ordered! I never got a refund either. It’s ridiculous and shows how little they pay attention to their customers orders. If the staff got it together this place would be 5+ stars. Ten cuidado si ordenan algo de aquí! Siempre se les olvida artículos que ordenaste o sale la orden mal! Y no te regresan el dinero aún cuando fue un error de los trabajadores.

I got the carne asada plate & it was very very mediocre. The plate was $19- which is a bit pricey. The rice tasted terrible, no flavor or salt or anything really. I ate one forkful of it and left the rest on the plate. The beans definitely taste canned and also lacked salt. The meat was okay, also a little under salted & not the softest/chewiest. The roasted jalapeño & sausage they added to it were super yummy. The tortillas, eh…just store bought ones that weren’t heated up the best…overall not a great meal and for that price, I was regretting my choice and thinking that I should’ve just gonna to a nice sit down restaurant because I would’ve paid about the same. I gave this place a shot because it had a good amount of reviews- definitely a mistake. I’m not sure how it has that many good reviews, maybe it’s just white people thinking it tastes good..not sure lol.
