I stopped by Taqueria El Potrillo and was honestly impressed. The food tasted fresh and authentic, especially the tacos—they were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The portions were solid for the price, and everything came out fast.

The staff was friendly and made the whole experience feel welcoming, not rushed. You can tell they care about the food and the customers. I also liked the salsa options—they had a good kick without being overwhelming.

Always enjoy the food here. I almost always get the carne asada torta. Its just really great.

Give them a go the next time you are in the area between white center and burien.
