Super kind ladies, had a great conversation and enjoyed the warm welcome. They offered and gave me a samples to try of their Strawberry Horchata and Jamaica agua fresca which was hella good! My GF loved the horchata. The food was dope, and the salsa verde was a perfect level of spice and consistency. We were just driving through, but if I lived nearby I would eat here all the time!
The food was good and pretty flavorful but falls short of some of the quasi-legal La style tables that are popping up in the area. The service was by far the shining star. Rarely at any truck of any type of food do I receive such great service. Super friendly and engaging.
If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. I got the birria tacos, the chorizo tacos, and pastor tacos, chorizo fries, and churros (I unfortunately couldn’t take any pictures because my phone died). All of the food was clearly well prepared and fresh, and reasonably priced, and the best food I’ve had so far in Seattle (but I am a tourist, so take that lightly). However, on top of that, our server gave us free spiced mangoes and baby mangoes! The staff are extremely friendly...
