Mexicans rule! Mexican food rules! This food was SO good, it put a damn pep in my step. One of *the* best Mexican food trucks in Seattle. The beans, the rice, the al pastor tacos, the shrimp tacos, my god. What a treat. Cant wait to get back for more.

OH. MY. GOODNESS. The reviews about the quesabirrias are absolutely 1000% correct. Absolutely life changing… and the perfect dish for when you are under the weather and you need savory, spicy broth + lean, tender, seasoned beef. I wish I’d taken a photo of my plate but literally inhaled two of the three quesabirrias on my plate and needed to share the third one so my son could taste for himself why I was having an out-of-body culinary experience. For context: I live and work part time in Mexico, and have *never* had quesabirrias like these!! ¡Mil gracias al equipo Taqueria La Sabrosita! Like the name says, this food is delicious. Try the sopes. And the sauces are delicious. The churros are served fresh, piping hot. Do yourself a favor and enjoy some fresh food that tastes homemade.

Delicious! No atmosphere because it is a food truck.
The food was a bit pricey but its okay. That's Seattle. The folks were friendly and got our food prepared quickly and we left around 8:00pm. We got an asada plate, tripe mulitas, and a quessabarria. The food itself was soso, but not bad. Unfortunately by the end of the night both my fiance and myself were im quite a bit of discomfort and were ill well into the early morning hours. Its possible that it was just bad luck but I would be remis if I didnt share the experience.
