Great food! Loved the beef patty, coco bread, and seasoning on the meats. Cocktail was tasty as well. Unfortunately, the restaurant was out of ackee so I didn't get to taste the saltfish. I also realized they forgot our fried plantains order, but I was full when I remembered so it's ok.

Food is always great and the presentation and portions sizes are usually generous and consistent.
Service can be slow at times but is friendly.

I stopped by here on my break because I am working in the city. I didn't realize how difficult it is to find a Jamaican restaurant in Seattle or the surrounding area so I was excited that I finally found one that had simple Jamaican food like curry goat and oxtail. Unfortunately, when I showed up at 1:03 p.m. the restaurant was closed. I am so bummed because I get a very short lunch break and I don't come into the city all that often and I was looking forward to some good Jamaican food.

The jerk shrimp and the shrimp curry (plus the rice) rocked our world. One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. Nice people. Will go again!! Yum!!

Had a beef patty, oxtails with rice and peas, and a couple rum punch’s. Everything was great and the young lady that served me was really nice. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

Price: 2 plates of food, one vita malt, one side of plantains= $62 Only people who really love Caribbean food or are natives will like this price considering slow service, tacky ambiance . all others will be let down from the price. But still worth it for the true lovers. True value of the meal: $48, actually charged $62 with 15% tip totaling $71. No alcoholic drinks were included in this total but still surpassed $50 somehow….

My family is from Antigua so finding good Caribbean food in Seattle is definitely a challenge! We arrived, no hostess so we had to wait a little bit to be sat (there were only people sitting at the bar, the restaurant was empty). We ordered curry goat, jerk chicken and plantains at around 7pm. They were out of carrot juice, and coco bread what a bummer! Food arrived pretty fast and the curry goat was fantastic, the jerk chicken was also good, one drumstick was dry but the other was moist, seasoning was good. Having that curry goat really brought me back so I really enjoyed that. I put 4 stars because the service was extremely slow, although the waitress was super nice it's seems they have some regulars they like to socialize with so we had to physically get up to ask for the check after waiting and trying to flag her down for almost 15 mins. Ambiance was ok, the lights are super bright and the decorations are messy featuring Asian country flags but not even Antiguan flag :( I still tipped the waitress despite poor service, but if I go again and it happens again the staff will not receive a tip. I put 4 stars because often Caribbeans are pretty bad at customer service so I wasn't surprised but this place deserves to climb up and the only way they can do that is to make sure they meet American customer service standards in an American country! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good Caribbean food!!

The food was amazing. Easily some of the best oxtail I’ve had in the US since I left Jamaica. The jerk wings were just right and they fell off the bone, never saw that before. The fried plantains and the Rum cake were phenomenal. The music and the atmosphere was a whole vibe. 100/10 all around

I don’t know if they forgot to add the salt, pepper and herbs but I have never had such bland Jamaican food with absolutely no taste involved before. I spent $25 and this brown stew is completely inedible and disgusting. I am about spend more money to eat dinner because the food is destined for the compost heap.
