Tavolàta Stone Way offers fantastic flavors with dishes like marinated olives, Calabrian chili anchovies, hangar steak, and Campanella pasta. The phony negroni and toco toucan NA cocktails were delish, and the lemon ricotta was like a scoop of ice cream. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. While some found the noodles flavorless, others loved the nettle pasta and preserved lemon ricotta. The Caesar salad and rigatoni are excellent, with the salad dressed and seasoned to perfection. The ravioli is a favorite, served in generous portions with delicious oil at the bottom. The tiramisu is a must-try dessert. During Seattle Restaurant Week, the $70 deal for a bottle of wine, salad, and two pasta dishes is a great value. The service is outstanding, even when busy, and the setting is cute and clean. It's a place worth revisiting for more.
