I was looking for a quick lunch spot and this place delivered. I tried the bento box, which was a great choice because it let me sample several different things. The main protein was chicken katsu which was tender and flavorful. I also really enjoyed the side dishes like the seaweed salad and the shusi rolls. The presentation was lovely, and the bento was a great value for the price. The service was fast and friendly, making it an ideal choice for a busy lunch break.

It's okay. Belt sushi prices were a bit inflated relative to portion size (roll sushi was cut thin). $17 lunch bento was okay. Convenient meal right before movie but not my first choice if otherwise.

Food was mid at best. Costumer service was an absolute joke.

Service is fast but super less interactions, I love their tempura cauliflowers, also I’m fan of 7 flavors tuna and squid.

Ordered doordash. Everything tasted like mush. I absolutely would not recommend.
The food was not fresh and the sushi was not processed after being transferred many times.
The service was very poor, no one refilled our table's water the whole time.

This is a decent place for conveyer belt sushi. My favorite thing was maybe the Tengu Sushi or the Tuna Aburi. The former had some really nice sauces on it, and I'm assuming it's the trademark of the restaurant, given the name. The Tuna Aburi was nice, for some fatty and torched Tuna. Everything else was pretty good (especially the salmon), although I did find that the scallop wasn't quite as noteworthy as I expected (i usually like scallop among the most at sushi places, but here, it didn't seem as noteworthy, or taste wasn't as pronounced). Overall, if I'm around Northgate again, I wouldn't mind coming here again for something rather quick.

Got food poisoning from eating here. Woke up with a head ache, body ache, had 3 bowel movements, then a sudden onset of vomiting hours later, after which I finally felt mostly better, albeit still sore in the body.
I believe it was from one of the raw food sushi selections, as these were the only foods I consumed that my family also did not eat.
We didn't eat out elsewhere that day so I'm fairly certain this place is what plagued me. Elapsed time from eating to feeling a headache when I woke up was maybe 12 hours.
Other than this extremely negative experience, I thought the food and service were okay.
Please make sure you're adhering to best business practices for cleanliness and let this serve as a warning to others.
We will not be eating here again, but we hope that your business will maybe do a better job of ensuring the food is as safe to eat as possible.

We were grabbing dinner before a movie. Was great to grab a dish on conveyor belt, however we got waters brought to us but nobody asked us if we wanted order beverages or extra food. I asked a host if we could get gyoza dipping sauce and he said they didn’t have any, which is vinegar and soy sauce! Huh? That’s basic. Veggie rolls were not edible and I didn’t enjoy the salmon skin roll but I never tried it so that was on me. Server was nice enough to comp both dishes that we didn’t finish and she was apologetic and super sweet. Miso was delish.

This place has really gone downhill since it changed hands a few years ago. Smaller pieces of fish, fish less fresh. Service less friendly. The other day I tried to go there. It was near-empty, but I was told I couldn't have a booth with a party of two, only with a party of four. So we left.

Good service, but there are better sushi places in the area. Choices were pretty basic for the rolls and it was surprisingly hard to find stuff that was gluten free.

Loved getting to try a variety of sushi! You get to start eating right away if you want. They had some amazing rolls. Love their cheesecake. Their green tea cheesecake could have more green tea flavor though!
In general there’s very little interaction with staff. They seemed really nice though! The prices aren’t bad at all. Definitely worth trying!
