Edit: The new ownership must have changed how they prepare some of the food, because the tofu is not even close to as good as it used to be. The yakisoba is also kind of dry and different now. We go here less often because of these changes.

The owner was really sweet, he added four more gyozas to our order and offered my friend a free drink. The service is sweet and the food hits close to home, a really nice place to relax and eat good food!
Food was delicious and our server was very sweet.
We had some minor confusion about how the drink system worked and he gave us a soda on the house to make up for it. Just the kindest person.
