This used to be a nice spot to go to. Terrible experience. Slow service. Rude staff. The server who closed us out, with black mask, looked like he was on drugs. He nearly spilled a whole tray on me. Brought the bill. Signed. We left. Then they called and told us we did not pay. So insulting. Not going back there again. I have now heard this from a lot of folks that this place has gone DOWNHILL.
We had such a lovely anniversary! We sat at the bar where we did 3 years ago on a magical date:). The lovely staff had champagne ready for us to toast with (per early request), and there were even personalized menus with our name on it. What a lovely surprise! Will definitely go back and highly recommend a drink from the entertaining bartender. The drinks looked so fun!
Phenomenal meal at Terra Plata — the halibut was easily one of the best fish dishes I've had in years. Truly great service too.
We took a group of four out to the Terra plata rooftop on a sunny day in Seattle. Everyone in our party was beyond impressed with the ambiance, food and service. Two of the members in our party had celiac and diabetes and the other two members are picky eaters but Terra plata was able to accommodate everything!
The Pork and the Lamb were soooo good! It was just a bit cold in the terrace but the food was worth it
Our server was delightful. The rooftop deck was perfect! Food was delicious. Decor is on point for NW living.
Came here for brunch with my mom and Aunt and who are very picky eaters and they absolutely LOVED everything! The GF pancakes were fluffy and delicious, and I had the fried chicken sandwich which was honestly perfect. The rooftop is beautiful, we were all very happy!
I had the $50 Dine Around Seattle meal. The portions were si small, about 5-6 T of nettle soup, a tiny tiny piece of Salmon in a little bit of potato puree and two thin slices, wafers really, of Manchego cheese. We left almost as hungry as we came and had to go elsewhere to eat and feel satiated. I am not sure if I selected poorly but the meal was NOT WORTH THE MONEY ($50 + tax+tips for this stingy meal) and, even though we eat out a lot, we are not going back to Terra Plata. Too bad, it was a decent place when Ms. Murphy was running it.
The rooftop garden is a standout feature, providing a cozy, covered space with greenery and overhead heaters, ensuring comfort year-round. It feels like an oasis in the city where rooftop and outdoor dining is hard to come by. The rooftop setting is amazing for both small and large groups.
The menu reflects a commitment to fresh, locally sourced ingredients, resulting in savory and filling dishes. Their mushrooms are a must try for vegetarians. I tried their seasonal shrub which was a savory delight.

The decor and mood are warm and soothing. The food is outstanding and generous. The chanterelles are delicious and the Portuguese Pig is abundant and with a deep flavor. The dishes are also nicely presented.
The 4 stars are driven by the lack of true hospitality. When requiring a $50 reservation deposit, we encountered a technical issue. We called and left a detailed message asking to confirm the transaction went through - but never got that callback. At the restaurant, we were told that the receptionist was out. Nobody else can listen to messages and support guests?
The menu states that dishes are served when ready for "a better experience." For whom? Certainly not guests. We asked that appetizers be served at the same time and the same for main courses. Glad they could accommodate that.
The waiter was efficient, but lacked a sense of appreciation we were there. No smile or warmth. When leaving, 2 other staff members saw us leave, but neither acknowledged or thanked us. This "coolness" should not take place in a restaurant with these prices and it does not meet guests' expectations. Train staff to be in the true hospitality business, and your guests' will feel so much more welcome and appreciated.

We came here for restaurant week because who doesn't love paella? In general I thought the food was pretty good though I have some notes. We felt the paella options felt a bit same-y with there being only a few ingredients being different between the two, some more seafood in one and chicken and chorizo in the other. We also got the roast pig on the side to try and I wish it had some more starches or a side, there was a lot of yummy juices in the plate and only a single potato to eat it with.
The best bites for us were actually the desserts, the apple cake should make its way onto their regular menu.

It happens to be Seattle Restaurant Week. Although this event is held twice a year and has very low value, I just happened to take a look. I chose this Terra Plata restaurant to have brunch on Sunday morning. I took a look at the Restaurant Week event. The two-course meal costs 35 yuan, and two of them happened to be on the daily menu. Some of them were only 33 yuan in total, which was really cheating, so we chose to order a la carte.
There are two floors. The roofbar is very comfortable when the sun shines and is fully heated.
Salmon benedict - After all, it is salmon season and you need to eat a fresh one. The bread base they provide is very soft and the sides are cut off. Then they use kale as a sandwich. The poached eggs on top are very good and the hollandaise sauce is also good.
Autumn Crepe - A very thick crepe with applesauce in it. The finishing touch is that the syrup on the side has walnut and apple bits in it, which is quite delicious.
$55 for two people including tax. Another expensive restaurant in Seattle.

We came here for a team dinner and let my tell you the Portuguese roasted pig was out of the world. Probably one of the best dishes I’ve had in a while. They also have some fantastic veggies and appetizers and don’t think we had any that I wouldn’t rave about. They have an extensive wine and drink menu and the service was great!
