I really want to recommend this place but sadly I can't. The food is subpar, the service is okay. Last time I went there the guy manager messed with me by asking if I wanted left-handed or right handed chopsticks. It was very weird and after that experience, I don't really feel comfortable going back. It also seems like they have a lot of signage preventing people who aren't dining in from using any of their bathrooms or sitting down while you wait. It seems very selfish and rude, especially when deliveries are probably a big portion of your customer base.

I am so disappointed. Food was made quickly in 5 min so I'm assuming mostly everything was premade. The $15 papaya salad was incredibly salty and inedible. The green curry was watery. Pad Thai was alright, but we won't be coming back here ever again.

food has gotten better over the past couple years but service is..interesting to say the least. i always get to go and last time the staff looked at me and avoided eye contact even though they came out of the kitchen near to where i was standing and there was NO ONE ELSE in the restaurant.. I stood there waiting for someone to hand me my order which was already ready and on the counter 2 feet away.. after standing there like a fool for 5 minutes and being ignored, i went up to the kitchen window and asked if someone could hand me my order..perhaps have an area where people pick up their orders themselves without interacting with staff if the staff has no interest in talking to customers.

Food came out fast. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees: Lime Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Thai Fusion Orange Sauce with Chicken. They were all amazing. The lime chicken appetizer had me doing a happy dance in my seat. I don't even think it needed the sweet chili sauce it came with for dipping, it was that good. Would definitely have again next time I'm in Northgate and craving Thai.

I found an inch long heavy gauge wire in my mouth! This could easily be fatal. It's too bad I'm unable to post the photo. I'm saving it and will be calling the health department.
I'm surprised by these reviews as our food was great and the service was excellent and attentive. We ordered two appetizers and two noodle dishes -all tasty. Five stars for this alone: I accidentally left without my purse, but the host literally ran down the street to find me and return the purse to me. Many, many thanks. We'll be back.

I ordered a tofu pad thai and got chicken. Had to remove it it was a Togo order, so unfortunately, I couldn't go back.I also got mango sticky rice, and it looks like the mango is sitting in a syrup, and the rice is just drenched in milk. It's giving ARROZ CON LECHE. It's not appetizing at all. Super disappointing. Poor customer service. The first guy stopped mid order to continue other things, and another woman came to finish taking my order.In conclusion.. Big L, waste of time and money.Dietary restrictions: You ask for tofu and you get chicken so beware

Glad that I didn't read the reviews before I went... three stars would have scared me away. The food here is excellent. We ordered all vegetarian - yellow curry with tofu, eggplant jay with tofu and pad thai. All very tasty. Would definitely eat here again.
