I got take-out drunken noodles made vegan-they were delicious! I was pleasantly surprised/relieved to learn that they could make the appropriate modifications to make this vegan (requested no oyster or fish sauce) and the dish still turning out just as tasty.
Quite the fun experience sitting at a crowded counter where you can literally feel the heat from the wild open flames that the chef is somehow masterfully gliding through while preparing the dishes from scratch. Solid menu of well curated items, nothing overwhelming. Service is efficient, not necessarily warm but that's not really the point. It's cheap, quick and good.
After reading a few of the 1-star reviews on this place, I agree with some points like the bottle water, but this is a great hole in the wall. Probably the best Thai ive had in the city so far. Highly recommend getting a counter spot if possible, watching one chef do everything is a fun process to watch. Shoutout the chef
