They always have hard tapioca because they have very few customers. It’s a chain store so it’s a given that the milk tea tastes of creamer. I’d recommend getting a fruit tea over anything else on their menu.

It’s honestly not bad at all, I see a lot of reviews saying that it’s low quality and doesn’t resemble the quality of the one’s in other states and I do agree, it’s not as good but the difference is not that big. I come here pretty often and I love it and I will continue to come back.
