An absolutely gem for delicious BBQ and bar foods safe for people with celiac disease. Might even be better than the likes of Ghost Fish in some regards, at a location with reasonable street parking, and that doesn't require you to go downtown.

Best barbeque I've had in Seattle. I smelled the smoker out back earlier in the day and had to try the food. Was not disappointed.

Best thick cut fries I've had in a long time. Soft and creamy on the inside, crispy on the outside. Well seasoned with warm spices.

I wish this place had reliable hours. I came here a while ago and the food was awesome. Have tried to come back twice since then, well within hours of operation and hours before the place closed. Both times the place was closing early for seemingly no reason at all. One time I showed up, probably 10+ people still inside and the door was locked two hours before close. The bartender came up and said they were done for the night through the glass. I wouldn’t get excited about going here unless you know for certain they’re open. Hard to know when the kitchen is ever really making food. Would recommend calling ahead cause it’s clear the hours on here aren’t accurate.

We waited so long for our food to be not only burnt but cold. It happened once about a month ago, waitress forgot to put our order in. Sure, it happens. No worries. Took some off of our bill. We thought eh, we’ll give it one more try. Bad idea. Waited just as long for some of the worst food I’ve been served. This time we actually said something to the owner and nothing. The lovely waitress offered a round of free shots. But we just wanted to leave, didn’t want to drink any more on an empty stomach because we sure weren’t eating that food. (Who doesn’t put cheese on nachos?) Definitely won’t be coming back.

Great local hockey bar. Food is amazing and mostly gluten free, which can be hard to find options sometimes

My favorite spot to watch a game and hang out. THE WHOLE FOOD MENU IS GLUTEN FREE!!And gluten free beer on dedicated gluten free taps! Always nice people working and hanging out there too. Definitely recommend.

I always smell bbq near here and decided to drop in for dinner and see what was up. I ordered ribs, brisket, slaw, and fries. The bbq was terrible. Total mush, and low flavor. The ribs weren’t just falling off the bone (fail), the act of picking one up would cause it to fall apart entirely. Fork and knife ribs, lame. This is what happens when you either overcook your ribs, or leave them wrapped all day waiting for suckers to buy them. The brisket tasted like pot roast. I was glad for the sauce slathered over everything, which is a bad sign. The fries were fries, and the apple cabbage slaw was actually pretty good.

The service was puzzling. The bartender wanted to talk about how she is from “farm country” and doesn’t understand seattle, and that where she is from people settle their differences with crowbars in a backyard, not with fists in a bar (weird). She also wanted to talk about the superiority of her penmanship in comparison to whoever had previously written out the glass bar menu on the wall. I didn’t want to talk about any of this and kept my replies affirmative and short. She must have resented this lack of attention, because she started burping loudly a few feet away from me. As in like a 4th grade boy going for maximum volume and resonance, wide open mouth and straining. Patrons at the opposite end of the bar heard this and cringed.

This entertainment paired conceptually if not nicely with the lousy bbq. I won’t be back.
