I've been here twice. The first time it was super busy but sevice was friendly & prompt, drinks were good, atmosphere was vibrant, and food was decent. Today, drinks were still good, except that they didn't have supplies for my first choice (which was a drink listed on the menu). We waited at least 20 minutes for water. Atmosphere was weird & chaotic. Another couple left before their food was brought to their table because of the wait & vibes. Bartender just talked with other customers while one waitress had to pick up the slack. Food was mediocre. So, if you decide to go, it's a 50/50 chance that you'll have a good time. I'd choose somewhere with more consistency.

This is only a comment about their $14 Ketel One mule which uses a nasty east-coast Ginger Ale containing HFCS. It was awful. For that money this place could use a high quality ginger beer. One and done for me.

Excellent food. Terrible service. The bartenders/serving staff lack any situational awareness of hospitality or customer service.

This place was pretty good. A little loud music wise, so not totally my style. Food was ok, maybe not worth a repeat visit but also not bad. Service was great.

One of my favorite places to catch a soccer game on the tv in town. Fun crowd, great location even after the move a bit back, and tasty bites. Always up on burgers there for sure. Have a hang out time there when you can!

This is probably the best shepherd’s pie I’ve ever had. The burrata was also absolutely fantastic.

Worst dining experience I've ever had. WORM IN BURGER:

I went to Atlantic Crossing with my friend on Saturday, 6/21/25. We both ordered the AC Burger. For $20, you’d expect at least a halfway decent presentation — but the burger looked like it had been smashed under a cinder block.
As we started eating, my friend noticed a LONG THICK HAIR embedded in her burger. I looked and saw it too. When we glanced over at the kitchen, we realized that none of the cooks were wearing hairnets or any kind of hair covering.
We called the waitress over and pointed it out. She claimed she couldn’t see it but offered to replace the burger. A fresh plate came out, but after just one bite, my friend gasped again. This time, she saw another hair — but it was moving.
We covered it to block airflow, thinking maybe it was just moving from a draft — but it kept moving. After getting a closer look, we realized it was possibly a WORM in the burger meat.
We called the waitress back over. She gave us the fakest smile and insisted she couldn’t see anything, all while trying to pull the plate out of my friend’s hands. We managed to snap a photo — it’s blurry, but you can still see it.
Even though they comped our meals, we left immediately. I will never set foot in that place again. Who knows if they’re using old meat or not properly washing their produce? Absolutely revolting.
