It felt like a private dinner, which made the experience really nice. For the first half hour, it was just us and the owner, then another couple joined. We tried a few different dishes, and it felt like eating homemade food. Everything was pretty good, and it was a unique, different kind of dining experience
Absolutely unique, fun experience. Food and chef were amazing and the owner made the whole experience warm and inviting.
this was my girl first time fine dining! I didn’t realize it was gonna be such a personal experience with just us and the chef! I have really never tried a lot of Vietnamese food out of your typical Banh mi, so I was eager to experience a taste of Vietnam! And I definitely did! It was a six course meal and everything was truly delicious! I had never had lotus root before and honestly, it was probably one of the most refreshing vegetables I think I’ve ever had!

The Kitchen offers a unique and intimate dining experience with an impressive variety of dishes. Guests can enjoy Vietnamese inspired cuisine, thoughtfully prepared seafood, and great drinks. The restaurant provides contemporary dining with speakeasy vibes. Interactions with talented chefs, including omakase by Chef Han and Chef Osmar, are a highlight, as is the Q&A session at the end of the meal. The owner's hospitality adds to the special atmosphere.
