Neighborhood pub with good food and friendly servers. I come here every so often to watch a ballgame. Often enough that I've become a "Mug Club Member," which entitles me to a special mug, discount pours, and envious looks from second-class bar patrons. The food is usually good, but can vary in quality from night to night. It's a good place if you're social - You're guaranteed to strike up good conversation with the regulars. My only complaint is that it tends to clear out pretty early. Even on the weekends, if I arrive after 10pm its usually desolate. But that's more a Madison Park problem than a The Attic problem.

Good enough spot for a game. For an establishment posing as a neighborhood dive bar, $32 pitchers is pretty pretentious pricing.

My team and I have been regulars here for trivia night. Tonight I accidentally left a low tip (I do my tip math in my head and forgot to carry the 1, genuine accident) and got berated by the server. I immediately apologized, but she continued to chew us out and demanded that we leave a higher tip. We've never left a low tip before and the service is barely even average to begin with. The waitresses never seem happy to serve us. Very disappointing interaction and unfortunately will not be returning after coming for the last 8 months.

Usually visit The Attic for happy hour with its friendly service, delightful drinks, and tasty food. The salmon sandwich is delicious as is the chili. Decided to try brunch on Sunday morning. At the suggestion of our server Dusty we ordered the Crab Benedict. It was one of the best in the city. The hollandaise sauce was a thing of beauty, luscious yet light. Perfectly poached eggs and seasoned potatoes rounded out a great meal.
