I believe this restaurant has changed owners- or at least management - and not for the better. We have been going here for years, and the food has always been delicious; typically we get the burger, but also branch out into other dishes like the short ribs and appetizers. The last 3 times we have gone, the burger has gone from great to fine. The biggest change has been that the meat patty is thinner, possibly leaner, and therefore overcooked and dry even when consistently requested...
Food was excellent, service was super friendly and prices were very reasonable. Had the best Brussels Sprouts of my life! We were quite pleased with our first visit to Blue Glass, and will definitely return.
