The Butcher's Table Reviews
I was in town for a special event, I haven't been here before and was amazed with every aspect of my experience. our server Charles was utterly fabulous. he was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and prompt. he made it feel like we were old friends. the steaks were perfectly cooked. I am 4 and 1/2 years sober, and to go out and enjoy an exquisite meal and only drink water can be a drag, but you all had an amazing selection of mocktails, my partners and I enjoyed immensely. First time here, visiting from the UK, eat at the bar as we hadn’t booked ahead. Service was excellent and the staff knew there stuff.
Would highly recommend.
Went here for dinner and loved it. Started with some bone marrow which were very good. The tomahawk steak was juicy and meaty which i wanted. Would definitely come back and glad i found a decent steakhouse in Seattle.

The Butcher's Table offers a special dining experience, perfect for anniversaries and other celebrations. The American Wagyu remains a standout feature on the menu, and the 16 oz Ultra tasting flight, made up of eye of rib, filet mignon, zabuton, and New York cuts, is a popular choice. The restaurant boasts a beautiful and elegant interior, drawing guests in with its relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. The staff provides friendly service, with some guests noting their experience with knowledgeable servers.
In addition to steak, the menu features dishes such as crab and steak, beef fat fries, and a variety of appetizers and desserts. Recent reviews highlight the deliciousness of the filet, ribeye sandwich, and wagyu steak sandwich, which have been expertly prepared. The ultra flight with additional rib cap was excellent quality of meat, and precisely cooked. Standouts were beef fat fries, nectarine salad, smoked bone marrow, beef fat brioche, and the mac & cheese. The mocktails were all delicious and well made. The 16-oz ultra flight of steak with ribeye, NY strip, zabuton, and fillet mignon were all absolutely delicious, cooked to order. The steak tartare was also a favorite.
The downstairs atmosphere is elegant but demure. The setting is great, and the service is fantastic. The wine list is vast.
