Had a great experience here last night for a show at The Paramount. Food was good size portions, the passion fruit ginger soda is well balanced and refreshing, and the coconut crème pie was the perfect mix of flavor and texture. Had Dinner and Drinks last night before John Mellancamp. Have to say The Carlisle Room “hit the ball out of the park!” Staff, food, ambiance and drinks were awesome. I especially enjoyed our waiter, personal attention and help with the menu was awesome. Can’t wait to go back for happy hour! Thanks for an awesome evening!
Service is great. Drinks are fun and unique. Food is awesome. I definitely recommend the Carlile Room. Make reservations early if your headed to see a show at the paramount. We didn’t but got there early for seats at the bar. We got the impression that guests with reservations got priority in the kitchen, their food came out quicker. A must go to for dinner if your downtown though.
