This was our second time at the restaurant, and the food consistently blew us away. Their dishes are super unique, using all sorts of different ingredients. For example, the pork shoulder had roasted cherries and hazelnuts that gave it a slightly nutty and sweet flavor.

The service is really friendly. I asked about each dish and where they get their ingredients, and the server kindly told me everything is local or made in-house.

CB never disappoints. I went to the Spring Vegetarian Dinner and was blown away. Who knew cassoulet could be hearty with asparagus and morels? Stuffed fig leaves from the 10O year old tree was another course. We were wowed with every dish.

My daughter chose this venue for her wedding ceremony this past weekend. It was an unbelievable experience. Beautiful building, outstanding staff and delicious food. I highly recommend 🍃
