For several years now, I have enjoyed Parisian Star Sliced Sourdough French bread. The flavor and freshness of this product has always been something my wife and I look forward to each morning as it pops out of our toaster. But, recently (over the last year or so) we've noticed the the holes in the bread are getting bigger and bigger and more numerous. I'm wondering if the baking process has undergone some changes.
