Enjoyed the kouign aman. It was big and sweet/crunchy/soft at all the right moments. I didn’t love the cannele but maybe I just don’t like the spongey texture of cannele in general? Would come back for the kouign aman and to try their different croissants

I hate to say this but the croissant was so under my expectation.. It was no different from the grocery option. They served the croissant that wasnt fresh so it was a little soggy which is not how croissant is supposed to be. I could see the layers were finely done but they should keep the pastries as fresh as possible..
