This place is a gem. Their food is made with love. It’s all fresh and delicious. We’ve been here several times now and it has never disappointed. The cocktails are unique and yummy. There are so many little details that the owners add to both the food and drinks that make them stand above the rest. Service is friendly and timely. Jenny, one of the owners, could not be more lovely and funny. You can be just as comfortable bringing the family or saddling up to the bar solo....
The Neighborhood is delightful. Excellent service, high quality food with locally sourced ingredients, and all around good vibes. I’ll be back-worth the trip from Ballard for the welcoming atmosphere alone. Bonus points for a perfectly chewy and crispy pizza crust, and the owner coming to talk to us and hyping up other local small businesses.
Finally got to try this place. Wow. Will probably be the go-to for times I do not want to cook. I worried I was playing with fire when I ordered the stroganoff - I consider myself a bit of a beef stroganoff connoisseur (in that I will eat that at every opportunity), and...this is the best one I've ever had. No joke.
