I just finished the vanilla bean scones from the pastry kit subscription. That was the best scone I have ever had. Delicious and beautiful! Thank you 😄😄😄

The Pastry Project - Bakery Window is a takeout window with no seating. It is known for absolutely delicious, top tier baked goods. Many say it has seriously the best cinnamon roll in Seattle, which is well worth the trip. Other highlights include a great breakfast bread, a hearty sweet and savory combination, a top tier chocolate chip cookie, a very chewy oatmeal cookie sandwich, and a ham and cheese option that is to die for. They also offer coffee cake and focaccia, which starts serving at 10:30 AM.
During the summer months, they offer pretty good soft-serve ice cream and frozen yogurt, which is not overly sweet and has great texture with unique, in-house toppings. The line can get pretty long and they tend to sell out, so it is best to arrive early, though it often moves quickly. The service is described as the loveliest, with very friendly folks. The business also has a dedicated mission to help train individuals for employment. Across the street is a garden which is a perfect spot to enjoy your treats.
