Really good stuff. Impossible to pick a favorite, but I think their cinnamon rolls are some of the best in the city. The breakfast bread is a nice hearty sweet/savory combination—very unique.

Couple things to note:
- It's just a takeout window—no seating.
- I believe they sell (or used to sell) soft-serve during the summer months. They don't have any now in January, but that may be coming back.
- The line can get pretty long, even on weekdays, and they tend to sell out, so get there early.
- They don't start serving focaccia until 10:30.

Ordered a nicely full spread- cinnamon roll, chocolate chip cookie, oatmeal cookie sandwich, coffee cake, and a wheat bran breakfast bread situation.

It was a very cold morning but the line wasn’t very long and moved quickly. The window and shop seemed well staffed with very friendly folks.

Everything is absolutely delicious - present tense as I currently sit taking small bites from everything in the box. Breakfast bread was great. Oatmeal cookie was so chewy. Honestly everything smacked. Top tier chocolate chip cookie.

I can’t wait to go back

Seriously the best Cinnamon Roll in Seattle — well worth the trip if you live anywhere in the Seattle area. If they don’t have any available at the moment, they’ll take your name, you pay, and then you come back at the stated time (usually 30-45 mins later), and your fresh cinnamon rolls are ready for you!

Their Ham & Cheese was also to die for. :)

Loveliest of service as well.

I really admire the dedication and mission of the Pastry Project to help train individuals who may not have a lot of resources for employment.

We took a scones and biscuit making class here, and it was such an amazing experience. The space is clean and well-organized, and everything went smoothly, and they even have a lending library for books or other baking equipment. They also offer a pretty good soft-serve during the summer time! Can’t wait to try their baking subscription box in the future.

I’m a genuinely insufferable snob about chocolate chip cookies and this place’s is a top 3 I’ve ever had.

Got the purple vanilla with rainbow peanut crunch. Flavorful ice cream and the topping hits the spot for a peanut lover. Get it before the window is gone!

Some nice flavors and friendly service, but a bit pricey for soft serve ($9.92 with tax for a cup with dip)

I had been waiting all year for them to reopen from one summer to the next and it was absolutely worth it! Their frozen yogurt isn’t overly sweet, which I always look for, and their ice cream is just as delicious. The unique toppings, thanks to their fun collaborations, really add to the experience. We did have to wait in line, but it was well worth it. Plus, the garden right across the street is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy your treat.

Amazing spot to get ice cream! Unique toppings made in house. The ice cream itself was great too! Not super sweet and it has great texture. The line went by fast. I highly recommend and would come back!
