Very nice space, good vibes for getting work done or a mtg. Relaxed and charming, great service.

I'll echo the sentiment of some other reviews on here: The Shop is an excellent shopping and co-working space. The interior is beautiful and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Staff service is excellent and the people are friendly/conversational. However if you're mainly stopping in for a quick drink or a snack to go, this isn't the best place for that. I got a 12oz honey latte which came out to 8.50 after tax. Sandwiches range from 13-15 before tax, meaning a dish and a drink could easily exceed $20-$25 all said and done. While good, the price was definitely a premium for what I got.

My americano was bitter, and expensive (even for Seattle). On top of that, they didn't seem to care that the half and half had curdled. Granted, it was 30 minutes before closing, but they didn't care about what it did to my coffee and didn't care about any other customers that came in before closing. I won't be back.
Found my new go-to cafe in Seattle. First off, the cafe itself is so beautiful. I love that there is a variety of seating arrangements that aren’t just a table and two chairs. There’s a sofa, lounge chairs, accent chairs, meeting tables, etc. Also, private rooms that you can reserve. The coffee is a 10/10 and the service was exemplary. Overall, it hit all the marks of what I was looking for in a cafe.

Listed as a Steelcase dealer on their site. Not at all. It's a cafe with terrible (breakfast) hours. Really needs to be delisted from the Steelcase site.
Also, outdoor sign says happy hour every weekday until 6pm, but the doors were locked at 430pm on a weekday. As a business, just weird practices.
Excellent place to sit and work. Friendly staff. Love the East Fork pottery which is used to serve drinks and can also be purchased in the shop.

3 key things this place has that makes it perfect for studying: 1) outlets everywhere 2) wifi fast enough to stream videos 3) minimal music
Great ambience and rooms to work, overpriced coffee could be much much better!

This is a very unique place which combines a cafe, co-working space and a retail space that sells home/kitchen items.
I love, love, the atmosphere, the coffee and the food here. I can’t compliment enough the taste, the quality and the warm/welcoming attitude of everyone who works here. I also bought two ceramic bowls from the shop which I love and use everyday.

Cute place to hang out, with extremely friendly staff, but the food and coffee are not high quality at all, and are ridiculously expensive. A small plain latte is $7.50 yet tastes worse than an average latte from any other coffee shop

The staff is extremely
Gentle with their service with kind and consistent consideration of their patrons needs. Doubles as a cute gift shop. Ideal for light snacks and coffee to accompany whatever professional company you keep.
Perfect for networking with amazing seating options and
Comforting aromas with cozy seating.
