I had the veggie sandwich. I am not vegetarian. I think this is one of the best tasting sandwiches I've ever had - flavorful pesto, nice crunch to chewy ratio on the bread, a drizzle of balsamic, and plenty of fresh lettuce and tomato. I also had an iced quad shot horchata latte - so very good! I had to make myself slow down to enjoy the flavor.
I’ve been going to The Station for three years. It’s always my first stop when I travel to Seattle, which I do multiple times a year. It’s so accessible, take the light rail to Beacon Hill and it’s right there. When you arrive, you are greeted by one of the amazing staff ready to take your order, or one of the owners, Luís or Leona. I’ve been a longtime customer at the station. I enjoy the vibe and the music there. I don’t live in the neighborhood anymore, but I still make my way over there when I’m nearby. The owner is really nice and she makes the best lattes. Highly recommend the D’Angelo brown sugar latte and the Bagel Breakfast Delight.
