The place is amazing with outstanding coffee (Camber, Bellingham) that is very well executed. The biscuit and gravy is filling and delicate, a different delicious umami dish. The Saint Paul Sando is an unexpected complex combination, a great brunch dish where egg checks the box for breakfast and slaw and pickle provide a savory transition to lunch. The Hojicha Canele is perfect and the Hojicha latte with banana milk is creamy and dreamy. The porchetta sandwich is a creative fusion with tasty focaccia, tangy vegetables, rice pork and sauce. The miso soup is unbelievably umami but very salty, so have a jug of water. The peanut pie is probably one of the best things ever tasted. The atmosphere and service are top notch, not heavy handed but still present when needed. Great vibe, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, free Wi‑Fi.
