Everything was delicious. We intended to stop in for a quick pastry, but we got there just as they switched to dinner service. While I was mentally prepared for a pastry, my brain and taste buds quickly adjusted to the unique Japanese inspired dinner foods. Every bite was delicious. Sometimes I’m weary when restaurants put a spin on Japanese classics but Wayland Mill did it just right.
Delicious flavors and textures. Really great spot for lunch. Enjoyed the outdoor seating with our dog. The pork sandwich was delicious with the spicy veggies really playing a staring role. The miso and garlic soup wonderful. Fries had a great kick were crunchy with a tasty curry ketchup. Just really enjoyable spot. Will be back.
Everything we had was wonderful and nothing was a familiar dish. They create brilliant flavors that unlike what I usually have. Normally that would sound off-putting to me, but their food is great. I'll be back.
