Great vibe. Excellent whisky selection, top notch bartender, great cocktails. But also felt like the kind of place you could sit for hours and hammer beers while watching football. Awesome bar!
A clean and tidy bar on a good street for a little bar crawl. Food looks good but I didn't eat. Service was good and had plenty of atmosphere but the beer was not great. There's an English connection here as I saw a Sunderland AFC badge on the wall however, if they served that beer in an English pub, they would get a lot of pints sent back
Wow, what an amazing experience here! We were out rambling aimlessly and happened upon this wonderful establishment with its ginormous booze selection, obviously mostly whiskeys, but it's also a 'regular' full bar. The friendly and welcoming bartender created a cocktail for me after I'd asked for something with vodka, cucumber, and mint, to which he added some house berry simple syrup.
