Great place for events!
I have been coming here for 6 or 7 years, and have always really enjoyed it as an after work happy hour spot. They have a wide variety of drinks, and there is something for everyone. Their outdoor space is great during nicer weather.
However, I recently rented some of their space for a private event. It was a few hundred dollars to reserve an area of the tasting room, which we were ok with because we like the venue. The venue did not inform me that they were also holding an event that day. It was a karaoke event, with amplified music and singing. Though we were on the other side of the tasting room, it was nearly too loud to talk. I'm all for the event, I just wish they would have told me it was happening during my reservation time, as I may have gone else where. We were prepared for normal chattering volume levels, but not for amplified karaoke.
Additionally, to reserve the space, I had to put down a $50 deposit, and pay the remainder day of. They put my space reservation fee and my drink tab on the same ticket. When I went to close out I was informed that due to it being a large party, a 25% gratuity was required. This was not communicated ahead of time. I can understand that policy for the drinks (though everyone had separate tabs AND I still should have been informed before closing out), but because they kept everything on the same tab, I was forced to tip 25% on a few hundred dollars for space rental, which essentially increased the price of the space rental. Please make your policies clear ahead of time.
While I will likely be back for informal happy hours, I will reconsider renting space here again.

Nice vibe, sucks that the one and only TV was broken on the night of the 1st football game of the season but we watched it on a phone. There was no AC seemingly so it was super hot and when you’re getting tipsy the warmth is that much worse. The cider is a mix of yummy and mid. We tried several cider flights, about 12 flavors and I only really enjoyed maybe 3? Anyways the food was great, my partner and I tried the circus burger, basket fries and the popcorn chicken. WARNING: it’s not really popcorn chicken. I was hella hungry thinking it was actually gonna be popcorn sized and so I ordered the 20 piece, BIG MISTAKE, if you’re one person, order the 8 piece. It’s not popcorn sized or even chicken nugget sized. It’s like even larger than if you ordered boneless wings at wing stop. Not bad, just ordered too much food and I unfortunately get the OPPOSITE of the drunchies! Attached photo for reference. It’s delicious though and so is the sauce.

Good cider but the registers are set up with the highest tip on the left lowest on the right. At the food window it was preset to 30% on the left down to 20% on the right. Sneaky way to grab some extra bucks.

not sure what left a more bitter taste in my mouth the cider or the fact that they advertise a dog “COSTUME” contest yet the winner wasnt in a costume and won over the 3 actual costumed dogs.

Stopped by for a laid back place to enjoy a flight. Lots of options to choose from. I really like that the tap house serves both Seattle Cider Co and Two Beers. The flight tasting was fun. The place is huge, with a large outside patio as well. I do believe it was dog-friendly because I did see a few. We didn’t try the food on this cost but May in the future.

As others have written, very rude staff behind the bar! Today was our last time driving down from the north end . .too many other places with good beer AND pleasant employees!
This is my favorite spot to stop on the way to a game or to meet a friend that lives over town. Very central and easy to get to with lots of parking. The food is great (done by a local food truck, Bread and Circuses, who has their kitchen on the property). Super yummy, fast. They have a ton of beer, cider, seltzer and even a couple cider slushy and wine options. They have great outdoor seating as well as lots of room inside.
Vegetarian options: Bread and Circuses has mostly burgers but does have a couple GF and vegetarian options.
Kid-friendliness: No kids allowed - 21+ only. Fur kids are very welcome though!
Parking: A bunch of free parking around the area/down the alley. Might have to walk a bit but there is always parking.
Dietary restrictions: Bread and Circuses has mostly burgers but does have a couple GF and vegetarian options.
This place is AWESOME! I come here all the time with my friends. But, this time was so great. I was finished with my flight and I asked Cam for a glass of whipped cream and the topping that comes with the new pumpkin pie slushy. I wanted something simple to end my drink experience with. He was so great and gave me a glass of whipped cream with so much graham cracker topping. It was amazing
