Love the palmier, muffin, and scone. The baguette is just alright. They're also known for their sandwiches, but I didn't get a chance to try one.
FANNNNNFRIGGNNTASIC!!!!!! The hot food and the bakery are SUPERB!! One of the best lox I have ever had!! ( I’ve had a LOT!!) the staff is friendly and funny!! The coffee is great too!!
We bought some cookies there simply to sample the taste, to my disappointment, the cookies are mediocre, cold and dry (while I was expecting something freshly baked), not sure why it is so famous and people wait in long lines! Maybe because it was during the July 4th holiday and the whole market was so crowded, the staff was kind of too tired.
We got some cookies and a lemon bar, all were so good and well priced! Lemon bar was amazing btw, get it.
Great variety of food, the chocolate macaroons were really good!
A historical bakery that came highly recommended. Ordered a lox bagel sandwich and a breakfast egg sandwich. The bakery does not make or use their own bagels or breads for sandwiches. Saw the staff open grocery store bags of bagels and pre sliced bread. Is this not a bakery? The bakery, located among amazing fish stalls in the market, used subpar lox with little flavor. And they got my order wrong, twice. To be amongst so much great looking food and be so disappointed was such a let down.
We stopped in Three Girls Bakery for a quick lunch bite across from the Pike Fish Market. Service was good, especially from the girl/lady behind the seated counter area who prepared the meatloaf sandwich. Fortunately, we asked her to split it and she plated half on 2 plates for us. See the attached picture to see how huge a half sandwich is! The meatloaf itself was a bit dry and more like a medium well hamburger patty than a moist meatloaf with seasoning inside. HOWEVER, that seasonings put on top/ below the meat slice were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend you try it, or one of the other sandwiches!!!! Atmosphere is what you expect for a walk up with a few seats at a counter, in a busy market area. YUM
To my surprise they had vegan options beyond just the loaves of bread which were the palmiers and they were great. Everything is labeled V for vegan which is so helpful. They have a wide variety of breads at an impressively affordable price. I’m used to paying $12 for a sourdough loaf from a farmers market. Their Fremont sourdough was impressive and they even have mini loaves which I thought was convenient for those traveling. I would love to see more sweet baked items, but I would seriously come here all the time for bread if I could. Updated from previous review on 2025-06-10

Having a bad experience here in Las Vegas trying to find a decent brownie really makes me miss these guys. I was here in 2019, pre-pandemic. I walked down from the convention center and just stumbled upon this place. I hope nothing has changed, since this was a while back. Their brownies are the best.

Really good salmon lox & cream cheese bagel, lavender shortbread cookie, gingerbread cookie, and spinach feta croissant. Personally the spinach and feta croissant could have some more feta for that nice salty cheese taste, tasted more like croissant than anything but really good nonetheless.

Inauthentic and poor quality. Chocolate croissant uses chocolate chips instead of chocolate batons. Pastries were heated up with a microwave instead of an oven, resulting in a limp and stale texture. Line also moves very slowly with only one person handling the station.
The Lox & Cream Cheese Bagel is amazing! The service is great and fast. Good vibes!! 😇

The first business license given to women in Washington state in 1912. Amazingly delicious French style pastries and breads.
We tried a few different varieties and loved them all.
Great little bakery stop while strolling the market. We circled back a couple times waiting for the line to thin out. Worth the wait for the apricot hamentashen.
