Hands down one of the best bakeries. Everything is perfectly displayed in their windows and everything I ordered was delicious.

baguette were stale. Should have saved my money and bought them at Target cross the street.
We got the honey cinnamon croissant, a snicker doodle, a oatmeal chocolate chip, a pumpkin scone and a pumpkin cinnamon roll. The honey cinnamon croissant is what caught our attention, unfortunately it tasted like it was a baked apple, not bad just not what qe wanted or expected. Our favorite item was the pumpkin scone. Both cookies were tatsty just slightly small. The cinnamon roll was good but did not come with any frosting.

Ate breakfast here about 8:30 am on a Friday morning. I had a lox & cream cheese bagel and coffee and it was fantastic. Took about 15 minutes to prepare, but the wait was understandable. I got my food to go and ate at some of the common tables in the market.

Great selection!
My son said he “really can’t think of a better sandwich I’ve ever had”. He tried the Northwestern, salmon/capers/cream cheese on sourdough, and it was honestly amazing. One of the highlights of Pike Place Market for us.
I grabbed The Beast from Three Girls Bakery through MealPal and wow, that toasted bread with roast beef, horseradish, and Swiss cheese was bold and savory. Each bite packed a punch, and the fresh veggies balanced it perfectly. Definitely a meal I’d get again!

Informed the gal at the counter that there was a large hair in the cookies. She said thanks with a carless attitude. Not the most friendly person. We did purchase other cookies without hair and some apple strudel. The peanut butter, snickerdoodle and I believe Heath cookies were rather bland. Not much flavor to them. The strudel looked great, but fell flat on flavor as well. Heavy on the cinnamon and no real sweetness to it.

Pastries are always good and fresh only thing I would say is get there early cause they run out and it doesn’t seem like they make more throughout the day

Their window displays with shelves of diverse pastries and breads is a glorious sight among the many wonders in Pike Place. I ordered the honey walnut rugelach and a chocolate croissant. Both had flaky, buttery layers, but that croissant was something seriously special. It was loaded with quality chocolate. I would love to visit again and try more things!
