I had the pleasure of trying Rojo juice a few months back and I am so happy I did. I got the beet juice and saved it for my workout session at the gym and I feel like the fresh juice gave me the boost of energy I needed to finish a strong cardio / strength training exercise. I personally feel like Rojo juice is one of the best vendors at Pike Market.
