FANNNNNFRIGGNNTASIC!!!!!! The hot food and the bakery are SUPERB!! One of the best lox I have ever had!! ( I’ve had a LOT!!) the staff is friendly and funny!! The coffee is great too!!
We stopped in Three Girls Bakery for a quick lunch bite across from the Pike Fish Market. Service was good, especially from the girl/lady behind the seated counter area who prepared the meatloaf sandwich. Fortunately, we asked her to split it and she plated half on 2 plates for us. See the attached picture to see how huge a half sandwich is! The meatloaf itself was a bit dry and more like a medium well hamburger patty than a moist meatloaf with seasoning inside. To my surprise they had vegan options beyond just the loaves of bread which were the palmiers and they were great. Everything is labeled V for vegan which is so helpful.
They have a wide variety of breads at an impressively affordable price. I’m used to paying $12 for a sourdough loaf from a farmers market. Their Fremont sourdough was impressive and they even have mini loaves which I thought was convenient for those traveling.
I would love to see more sweet baked items, but...
