I find the veggie options are actually way tastier than the meat, you should give the hominy flavor a try. I got it in a burrito and it was transcendental. Not quite top tier compared to like the mission in SF but excellent by Seattle standards

Poor burrito. You know it’s not great when even the salsa is bad.
I really wanted this place to be great. I have eaten there three times. The first time my chicken burrito was really, really small and bland. The second time it was excellent! It was a proper portion for the $$ this time. I thought maybe my first time was an abnormal experience. The third time it was a salt bomb and now I'm regretting it. Maybe the lunch staff is best. I thought the salsa tonight was not so good but at lunch a few weeks ago it was decent.
