Super welcoming, greeted at the door. Friendly staff, I didn't get their names but they were patient with me, made a few recommendations and made a delicious iced latte for me. Great donut selection, beautiful space. Nice and spacious area with lots of seating options, local guides available, and cool swag for sale. Really smooth espresso and overall great energy and chill playlist.
Sadly often one or more donuts from a half dozen from this shop have the soggy greasy character of donuts fried the day before. I have come to expect inconsistent food quality from this location in particular. Perhaps the stores that they actually make the donuts in have a better time keeping fresh donuts on the shelves?

I love the atmosphere at the Ballard location. The workers are always so friendly and fun to talk to. The store is always immaculately clean and organized. The doughnuts and coffee are definitely the best in Seattle. It’s a win win-great service, drinks, and doughnuts. It’s refreshing to come into a store where they actually want your business and they work to keep you coming back. Well done!
